On April 11, the State Duma is considering amendments, according to which the rules for notifying recruits will be changed. From now on, subpoenas will begin to arrive through a personal account in public services. You can delete your account, but it will still be valid.
- An electronic summons will be considered received from the time it is posted in the personal account of a person liable for military service on the public services portal, – son the words of the head of the State Duma defense committee Andrei Kartapolov TASS with reference to his words spoken on the airwaves of the Russia-24 channel.
Many users of the service have created an account and rarely appear there, but the State Duma also considered this aspect of the problem.
- Nothing will happen to a person if he did not go to the public services during the campaign draft and did not see the agenda. But in this case, on the next call, he himself must report to the military registration and enlistment office within two weeks of the start of the campaign. If he fails to do so, he will receive a digitally signed notice from the military commissioner regarding the imposition of travel restrictions on him. And if he does not report to the military registration and enlistment office within 20 days, further restrictions may be imposed on him, quotes Fontanka Kartapolov.
On April 10, the State Duma announced the creation of an information base for military registration. In addition to the legal equalization of paper and electronic summonses, it provides a number of restrictions for those who evade service. For example, they want to ban them from leaving Russia, from driving and also from doing real estate transactions.
Also the day before by Andrey Kartapolov declared TASS that they are not going to carry out a new mobilization in the country. He also told the news agency that issues related to mobilization “we are governed by a different law.”
