The current year is special for the Orel Culture and Leisure Park. After all, it is in 2023 that it celebrates its bicentenary. As part of this event, the Open City cultural and artistic festival “Schroeder Garden” will be organized. This is reported by the city administration on its official VKontakte page.
Applications for the event are open from today until April 20. All residents of the Orel area ages 6 and up are welcome.
As part of the festival, competitions will be organized between candidates in cultural and artistic nominations such as:
- Artistic and visual art “Park of Culture – yesterday, today, tomorrow”
- Literary and artistic creativity “The alleys remember Anna Kern”
- Choreographic art “Traditions of the Bal Schroeder”
- Vocal performance “Musical Salon”
- Art photo “Park – through the prism of time”
The festival’s organizing committee welcomes other categories of applications. This means that other creative directions are also allowed to participate in the event, if their specificity is a synthesis of several of the previous ones or if they are not directly related to them.
