Orlovchanin faces real jail time for stealing a wheelchair

In Mtsensk, a local resident contacted the police. She reported that after he was gone, she returned to her private home and found her property missing. She had two drills, an angle grinder, a portable car wash, a chainsaw, a television and a wheelchair stolen. Some of the missing things were kept in the outbuilding next to the house, another on the veranda and the third in the accommodation itself.

The attacker has been found. It turned out to be a 38-year-old local resident. A wheelchair and a drill were confiscated from him. He sold the rest. The location of this property is currently under consideration.

During questioning, the man said he entered the veranda of the house through the window, which had long been broken. A criminal case has been brought against him (part 3 of article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He faces either a fine of up to half a million rubles or a prison term of up to six years.
