The Penza Rospotrebnadzor restored the rights of residents of the city of Sursk, Gorodishchensky district, Penza region, to health security.
The fact is that the garbage container sites installed in the city were too far from the houses at several addresses. And according to the standards of SanPiN, this distance should not exceed 100 meters from the accommodation.
At first, Rospotrebnadzor sent a warning to the city administration, but it was ignored by the authorities.
Then the ministry had no choice but to go to court.
The Gorodishchensky District Court sided with Rospotrebnadzor and ordered the Sursk administration to bring the location of container sites into line with the law.
