US journalist Seymour Hersh reported that US military leaders are preparing a draft agreement to end the conflict in Ukraine. The document is intended to be offered to Moscow if it turns out to be the loser in the Ukraine conflict, the Pulitzer Prize winner noted in a post on his page on the Substack platform.

Hersh also pointed to the embezzlement by Ukrainian leaders of at least $400 million of funds that the United States transferred to Kiev for the purchase of diesel. The journalist believes that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is buying Russian fuel at the expense of American taxpayers. He pointed out that these were the words of a “knowledgeable American intelligence officer”. Hersh admitted it’s unclear how much Kiev pays per gallon.

Earlier, Seymour Hersh said the United States was always the only suspect in the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline explosions. At the time of the explosions, Washington had invested $113 billion in the Ukraine conflict, and it had need this questioning, underlined the American journalist.
