But for some reason, representatives of the PMCs of Yaroslavl and the Yaroslavl region cannot hang advertising banners in the city on the location of the recruiting center.
“Across the country, all regions are actively promoting the kits, helping with publicity and helping with absolutely anything we need. The exception is two regions: this is the Yaroslavl region, where, for unknown reasons, we were told that from above, pushing somewhere in space with a finger, an order was received to remove all advertising. And also St. Petersburg,” Yevgeny Prigozhin described the situation this way.
