In the Arkhangelsk region, the vote began on the selection of territories for improvement

April 15, 2023

In the Arkhangelsk region, the vote has begun on the selection of territories for improvement. The selection of territories takes place annually within the framework of the federal project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Habitat and urban environment”. It is designed to inspire the country’s citizens to participate directly in the transformation of their cities: it is the support of citizens that determines which space will gain a second life under the project next year. Voting began on April 15 and will end on May 31.

As noted by the press service of the regional government, the voting spaces in the municipalities of Pomorie have already been determined. In total, on one online platform, 65 public territories of 13 cities of the Arkhangelsk region are represented.

The maximum number of territories for selection is offered in Arkhangelsk – 20 spaces. Next is Kotlas – 9 territories, then Nyandoma – 7 spaces. In other cities, the number of territories varies from two to four.

This year again, volunteers will take part in the evaluation vote. Their registration will be done on the Dobro.rf platform until the end of the selection of territories. At the local level, volunteers will answer questions about the objects for which the vote is organized, talk about the federal project and also help to vote.
