On April 15, a large-scale fair “It’s light in the North!” began to operate in Murmansk. The event is dedicated to Easter, which Orthodox northerners celebrate on Sunday, April 16.
At the fair, for residents and guests of the Kola Arctic, they presented shopping malls with food and souvenirs. Everyone can find the product that suits them. In addition, interesting master classes will be held on the exhibition platform, and rides will be available for thrill seekers.
Traditionally, the free display of greeting cards was held at the fair. These cards and various holiday and spring designs can be purchased locally.
According to the press service of the ANO “Murmancongress”, the fair will last in the Kola Arctic until April 23. The site is accessible every day from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Earlier, The Eastern Herald in Murmansk said an Easter service was held in the Murmansk region.
