A therapist explained which foods can increase allergies

People with pollen allergies should avoid apples, oranges, chocolate and certain other foods. They make people feel worse. This was told in Moscow 24 by a general practitioner, nutritionist, doctor of medical sciences Margarita Koroleva.

Bananas, tomatoes, corn, celery can also increase allergic manifestations. During flowering, the doctor also advised to exclude foods such as honey, carrots, potatoes, peppers, nuts, seafood, peanuts, chicken eggs and dairy products.

If a person reacts to birch pollen, stone fruits that cause a cross allergy should be excluded from the diet. These are apples, pears, peaches, plums, cherries and cherries. In addition, there are small bones in the composition of the kiwi.
