Today, Wednesday, the Ministry of Public Health clarified some of the signs that may appear as a result of job burnout and defined it, as part of the awareness campaign for the Gulf Week for Occupational Health and Safety.
The ministry said on its Twitter account that job burnout is "A syndrome that occurs as a result of chronic stress in the workplace that has not been properly managed or dealt with".
The ministry indicated that job burnout manifests itself in signs of fatigue, a feeling of negativity towards work, and a decrease in professional competence.
According to the site "Mayo Clinic" Medical, it is necessary to deal with job burnout by trying to do something to start, and the site advised several things to start with, including:
• Evaluate your options. Discuss specific concerns with your supervisor. Perhaps you can work together to change expectations or reach compromises or compromises. Try to set goals for what needs to be done and what can wait. • ask for help. Whether you connect with co-workers, friends or loved ones, support and collaboration can help you get along. • Try something relaxing. Learn about programs that can help deal with stress, such as yoga or meditation. • Do some exercise.
