So far, no party has contacted the player’s family since his kidnapping.

His family says that the player suffers from an injury he suffered weeks ago, and he walks on crutches because of this injury he suffered in his left foot.

Zaabiyya previously played for Arab clubs, most notably Al-Arabi Al-Qatari, Tunisian Esperance, JS Kabylie, Algerian MC Oran, and is currently playing in the Libyan Union.
