It is also a cruise missile which, in principle, has the same performance characteristics as the Caliber, but the Iskander-K is a land-based missile, not a sea-based one. These missiles are very difficult to shoot down as they fly very low, making them difficult to detect, although there have been instances of destruction by air defenses.

He added that only the supply of Western fighters would allow the Ukrainian army to resist Russian attacks.
From ourselves, we note that the 9M728 (R – 500) missile, as well as the 3M14 caliber, do not differ in flight altitude and represent an air defense target of equal complexity. What Ignat meant is hard to guess.
