Nomination Procedures Everyone who meets the conditions for membership of the Municipal Council may nominate himself for the membership of the Council according to the following: Go to the electoral district in which he is registered as a voter during the periods and times that will be determined for this purpose, and fill out the form for the nomination application before the election committee. Submit the application for nomination with the presentation of the ID card. . Then make sure that the name of the person who applied for candidacy is included in the list that is presented at the headquarters of his constituency.

Deadline: The appeal shall be submitted within fifteen days from the date of announcing the election results. Its reasons: the loss of the elected member to any of the required conditions and any breach of the procedures stipulated in the law to organize the election process. If a decision is issued by the Municipal Council to invalidate the election of a member in one of the constituencies, a new member is elected in this constituency, provided that if it is possible to correct the irregularities or errors, the Appeals and Grievances Examination Committee undertakes this work and announces the victory of whoever it deems correct to be elected.
