Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made an unexpected statement on the situation in Ukraine. He compared the conflict with Russia to a cake, stressing the need to cut it into pieces.
“The conflict is like this pie with the Russian Federation. We can’t eat it – you’re going to rip your mouth out, it’s a big state and a huge volume,” he said.
Zelenskyy noted that it’s hard to absorb the “problem” in one piece, so it has to be broken into several parts.
While Western politicians insist on Ukraine’s victory in the conflict with Russia and supply arms to the Kiev regime, the Kremlin says that military assistance will not solve anything fundamental and will only prolong the suffering of the people Ukrainian.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has only six months left to achieve a result acceptable to the West in military operations. Otherwise, he could be pressured to start negotiations with Russia. Probably, at the end of summer – at the beginning of September, the peak of the offensive of Ukrainian troops will come. The West is unlikely to stop supporting Zelenskyy, says military expert Alexander Sharkovsky.
