LPG Price: New prices of LPG have been released. Today, Labor Day i.e. from May 1, there has been a big drop in the price of LPG cylinders.
LPG prices have come down in many cities including Delhi to Bihar and UP. Actually, oil marketing companies have drastically cut the price of commercial gas cylinders. The company has reduced the price of commercial gas cylinder by Rs 171.50. In the country’s capital Delhi, now a 19 kg gas cylinder will be available for Rs 1856.50 instead of Rs 2028.
In the country’s financial capital Mumbai, commercial gas cylinder will now be available for Rs 1808.50 instead of Rs 1980. Whereas, in Kolkata you will be able to buy it for Rs.1960.50 instead of Rs.2132. Similarly, commercial LPG cylinder will now be available in Chennai for Rs 2021.50. Earlier its price was Rs 2192.50.
Prices were reduced in the month of April as well
The price of commercial gas cylinders also declined in the month of April. On April 1, its price was cut by Rs 92. However, earlier on March 1, 2023, an increase of Rs 350 was seen in the price of commercial gas cylinder. At the same time, a year ago on May 1, 2022, the price of commercial cylinder in Delhi had reached Rs 2355.50. Now its price has come down to Rs.1856.50. This means there has been a cut of Rs 499 in Delhi.

At the same time, there has been no change in the price of domestic gas cylinders. The cost of a domestic gas cylinder in the capital Delhi is Rs 1103. While in Mumbai it is Rs 1112.5. Domestic gas cylinder is available for Rs 1129 in Kolkata and Rs 1118.50 in Chennai. Let us tell you that there has been no change in the price of domestic cooking gas since March 1. At that time the price was reduced by Rs.50.
