Ukrainian armed forces attacked two refineries in Russia at once overnight

Last night, two oil refineries in Russia were attacked by Ukrainian drones at the same time. The first incident was recorded in the Krasnodar Territory. Here, as a result of an attack by a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the tank of the Ilsky refinery, located in the Seversky district, caught fire.

On the video footage published on the Web, it is clearly seen how a powerful fire blazes on the territory of the institution. The fire area, as well as the amount of material damage, are not specified.

Emergency services only succeeded in locating the fire and extinguishing it completely on Thursday morning.

Almost simultaneously with the incident in the Krasnodar Territory, a similar incident was recorded in the Rostov region. Here, a Ukrainian drone attempted to attack the Novoshakhty oil refinery.

As explained by the governor of the region Vasily Golubev, the Ukrainian drone crashed into the structures of the inter-workshop overpass of the Novoshakhtinsk Petroleum Products Plant under construction near the village of Kiselevka. After the collision, the drone exploded. The resulting fire was immediately extinguished.

The firefighters did not participate in extinguishing the fire, the fire was brought under control by the company’s services. There were no casualties or injuries, structural damage was insignificant.

We will remind, on the eve of two Ukrainian drones attacked the Moscow Kremlin. The press service of the President of the Russian Federation stressed that there were no casualties or material damage as a result of the attack.
