Contacts between Russia and the United States will continue as necessary to secure Moscow’s interests. This was stated by the official representative of the Kremlin Dmitry Peskov.
“Of course it is possible (continuation of contacts between Moscow and Washington). Any contact is possible. And to achieve our own goals, to secure our interests, of course, contacts will continue if necessary,” Peskov said, responding to a question from reporters about the possibility of contacts between Moscow and Washington given the fact that the United States United denies any involvement in the drone incident.
Recall that on the night of May 3, the Kremlin was attacked by drones. As a result of the incident, the dome of the Senate Palace was damaged. During the attack, Russian President Vladimir Putin was not in the Kremlin.
