Rosseti Center and Rosseti Center and Volga Region are at the forefront of reliable energy supply to 20 regions during the celebration of the Great Victory

The power engineers of the four border branches are celebrating the holidays in a special mode of operation and high readiness to eliminate the consequences of fire, sabotage and terrorist acts.

Also, 14 branches operate on high alert and carry out enhanced measures to ensure anti-terrorist protection of power facilities and operational personnel.

In total, 2,013 teams, including increased mobility, consisting of 8,165 production personnel and 3,567 units of special equipment, are ready to perform possible emergency recovery work in 20 branches of Rosseti Center and Rosseti Center and Volga Region around the clock.

If necessary, mobile diesel generator sets 2257 with a capacity of 82.6 MW can be used to provide backup power supply to socially significant facilities.

“Planned preparation for emergency situations, extensive experience in eliminating the consequences of terrorist and fire impacts in border areas and in new Russian regions, well-established logistics and well-developed schemes for exchanging information with regional bodies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and municipalities allow power engineers to quickly send all the necessary forces and means to combat technological violations both on holidays and on weekdays,” emphasized Igor Makovsky.
