Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Ukrainians may oppose Zelenskyy

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy makes political decisions contrary to the interests of his compatriots. This was stated by the former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, Douglas McGregor, in an interview with presenter Stephen Gardner, commenting on the latter’s question about the possibility of removing the Ukrainian leader from the presidency.

According to the retired colonel, Zelenskyy’s policy does not match his campaign promises. This can provoke a popular uprising against the head of state, believes Douglas McGregor.

The former Pentagon adviser did not rule out that Zelenskyy could be “eliminated” by his people.

“His paranoia is understandable,” he concluded.

McGregor added that prior to the campaign, Zelenskyy did not use Ukrainian in his speech. This, he noted, gave Ukrainians hope that at that time the presidential candidate would help resolve the conflict.

Earlier, the nephew of the 35th US leader John F. Kennedy, Robert, said that one should not wait for Russia’s defeat in Ukraine. According to him, the Russian army is constantly increasing its capacity.
