The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, reacted to the words of the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Kirill Budanov, about the murder of Russians “all over the world”.
On her Telegram channel, the diplomat recalled that the Ukrainian official’s statement was made in an interview with Yahoo News, when Kyiv’s involvement in the murder of Daria Dugina was discussed.
“All I will comment on is that we have killed Russians and will continue to kill Russians all over the world until Ukraine’s complete victory,” Budanov said at the time.
In response, Zakharova called the Kyiv regime a terrorist and said the United States of America was funding it.
“This is a direct hit to the White House. The Kiev regime has said the Biden administration is sponsoring terrorism,” she said.
Earlier, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, commenting on the drone attack on the Kremlin, called for officially recognizing the Kiev regime as a terrorist organization.
