The China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo is co-sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the government of Hunan Province, the expo is held biennially. The 3rd China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo on the theme “Common Development for a Shared Future” is scheduled to open on June 29 in Changsha, capital of China’s Hunan Province, and run until July 2. Inspired by the spirit of the 8th Forum for China-Africa Cooperation Ministerial Conference, the expo will focus on the “Nine Points”. The event is a call to China-Africa cooperation and holding various events in various forms, attracting thousands of participants in Changsha, including Chinese and African dignitaries and diplomats, representatives of international organizations, financial institutions, business associations, chambers of commerce and the media, Entrepreneurs, experts, and scholars will also participate.
The expo will showcase more Chinese and African products, and provide good services and integrated support to the logistics, finance and productive service industries. It would develop itself as a centralized trading center for Chinese and African products. During the Expo, experiences will be shared continuously, and reports on China-Africa economic and trade relations will be issued. In addition, the China-Africa trade index will be released for the first time.
It aims to strengthen cooperation with investment and trade promotion agencies and chambers of commerce and associations in African countries. It will facilitate interaction between buyers, traders and exhibitors by providing printed or digital exhibitors and product catalogs in advance. Another two sessions of the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo Promotion Conference have been held in Hangzhou and Guangzhou. The third session, held in Quanzhou City, aims at the Canton Fair to mobilize business resources and attract international traders and buyers, with participants from various industries such as construction engineering, energy and mining, expanding channels between GBA and Africa. To take advantage of the growing business.
It is the center of six national platforms, including the core area of the Pilot Zone for Deeper China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation.
