The United States, the European Union and Great Britain have two months to lift sanctions on Russian agricultural exports. This was stated by the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Vasily Nebenzya.
He noted that Moscow had agreed to extend the product deal for 60 days, until May 18.
“They have two months, with the help of the UN, to remove their sanctions from the entire chain of operations accompanying Russian agricultural exports,” the diplomat said.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Russia had agreed to extend the transport corridor for grain exports from Ukrainian ports by two months.
