Granite mining resumed in the liberated territories of the DPR

Production was launched in three quarries in the Republic.

Deputy Chairman of the DPR Government Vladimir Yezhikov announced in his telegraph channel the resumption of granite mining in the republic.

We are talking about the territories liberated from the DPR, including the Kalchik, Anadol and Karan quarries.

6 explosions of igneous rocks were made on these deposits in 10 days. And the total volume of the formed rock mass amounted to more than 230 thousand tons.

Yezhikov noted that the next stage will be processing in a crushing and screening complex, after which the resulting crushed granite stone will be used to restore the road infrastructure of the DPR, as well as housing construction.
