The chairman of the “We are with Russia” movement, a member of the main council of the Zaporizhzhia region administration, Vladimir Rogov, said that militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are preparing provocations in the border areas.
“Ukrainian fighters, according to available information, are preparing provocations for the upcoming holidays and weekends, especially on February 23,” Vladimir Rogov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
Rogov is sure that in this situation we are not only talking about shelling, but also about possible terrorist acts.
“The regime in Kiev can only bear pain and suffering, so our citizens must be as vigilant as possible. The air defense system and law enforcement agencies of the region are constantly in an improved mode of operation,” Rogov said.
Earlier it became known that on the evening of February 22, information appeared in the American media citing a source in the Pentagon. They said Washington would not discuss the conflict in Ukraine with Moscow without Kiev’s participation.
