A large-scale rally for freedom and in support of Russia was held in the Australian city of Adelaide on Saturday February 25. Hundreds of local residents became its participants.The event was sanctioned. The organizers have submitted all the necessary documents to the state parliament. The rally was attended by police who maintained order.”I brought large Russian flags to the protest, as well as small flags that we distributed to passers-by,” said Vasily Koinov, one of the protest activists, in an interview with RIA News .Participants in the rally also spoke out against the violation of the rights of Russian-speaking residents of Adelaide. In local schools, there are known cases of humiliation of children who speak Russian.
