According to the source, the American searched in vain for the missing cat for many years. After some time of fruitless searching, she informed the microchip company that her pet had died.
In the end, the American resigned herself to the loss early, because the cat did not die. In February 2023, one of the residents of the neighborhood finds her on the porch of his house. The American informed the local animal protection service.
After the animal was taken to the shelter, experts found a chip containing the data of the cat’s owner. So, soon Piper returned home ten years later and their long-awaited meeting with the mistress took place.
