A citizen witnessed an act of vandalism on the wall of the Mela shop in Hofsvallagata last night. A short video the person sent to DV shows a man who appears to be in his prime quickly leaving the stage.
The incident happened at 8:41 p.m. last night, Friday night. The affiant describes, in text and video, that the man sprayed as shown in the attached photo, quickly drove away, got in his car and drove off.
The graffiti is quite large and appears to show an eye and under the initials HNP or HNÞ.
“It was not a teenager, it was an adult who sprayed the Mela store, got in his car and drove off. This video was taken at 8:41 p.m. 24.02.2023,” to DV reads.
