HBO Max expands the world of Stephen King’s It with the Warner Bros. drama series. Welcome to Derry. television. The project will be developed by Andy, Barbara Muschietti (It, It 2) and Jason Fuchs (It 2, Wonder Woman). “Welcome to Derry” will be set in the world of King’s “It” novel and will continue the story shown by Andy Muschietti in the films “It” (2017) and “It 2” (2019). “I’m glad the story of Derry, Maine’s most haunted city, continues. And I’m glad Andy Muschietti is handling the spooky festivities, with the best minds, including his talented sister Barbara,” said said King. “No more red balls around!”.
