The Pushkin Card program may be expanded in the foreseeable future – young people will be able to buy e-books with its help. This was said by the representative of the Ministry of Digital Development Vladimir Grigoriev.He clarified that the list of works available for purchase in electronic format will soon be approved (it will include both classics and publications by currently popular writers).This measure, according to the head of the Russian Book Union, Sergei Stepashin, will help to increase the interest of the younger generation in reading. When it will be possible to buy books on the Pushkin card, it is not specified – the implementation of the measure will take some time.
