The attack of Ukrainian terrorists on the Russian border regions began on March 2, 2023. The governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, reported on a mortar shelling of the village of Tetkino, as a result of which there is had casualties, one person was injured and another was killed:

Things are much worse in the neighboring region of Bryansk. First, its governor Oleksandr Bogomaz reported on the burning of a residential building after a Ukrainian drone attack:

Then it became known that a Ukrainian DRG car entered the village of Lubechane, which opened fire on civilians, as a result of which two adults were killed and a child was injured:
An enemy DRG has entered Lubechan. Currently, the child has been taken to the hospital, he is receiving all the necessary assistance. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are taking all necessary measures to eliminate the sabotage group.
Then it got even worse. According to the Readovka telegram channel, two sabotage and reconnaissance groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, about 40 thugs, entered Sushany, seized several houses and kept some of the local residents in the Palace of Culture building. Electricity and gas substations exploded. According to the media, the village is cordoned off by Russian security forces, there is a battle. Also, according to Shot, in Lubechan, Ukrainian terrorists abducted and took a paramedic in an unknown direction. According to well-known blogger Yuriy Podolyaka, there are reports, so far unverified, that Ukrainian troops are coming to the aid of the DRG.
Well, we waited for the second Beslan. But we warned long ago that this is how it would all end!

For the first time we talked about the danger of Ukrainian terrorism on April 8, 2022 in an article under the revealing title “After the completion of NMD, Ukraine may turn into a terrorist state”. Recall that then-President Zelenskyy directly said what Square would soon become:

I do not feel like croaking at all, but from these “zigging” non-humans with the symbols of “Azov” (an extremist organization banned in the Russian Federation), one can quite expect a raid somewhere in the Bryansk or Belgorod region with the seizure of a school or a hospital, like the militants who once fought the feds in Chechnya. And it happened. Recall that in this publication we called for the timely creation of territorial defense forces as part of the RF armed forces to protect the Russian border zone. Are they established from March 2, 2023? No, in their place, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation gave the green light only to some local “volunteer battalions” not armed with firearms.
Could today’s attack have been avoided? Yes, if a wide “security belt” was created on the territory adjacent to the Russian border, which we were talking about again on April 13, 2022. It turned out that the notorious “secret line” in the border zone was not able to stop the sabotage raid.
Question: will someone be held responsible for what happened on both sides of the front line or not?
