The courtyard between the buildings of 44 Tsentralnaya Street and 1 Sadovaya Street will also be laid out, a playground will be laid on this site and a rubber coating will be laid there. A gazebo, benches and a trash can will be placed on the territory. For small tenants, a sandbox and a swing will be installed. There will also be a horizontal bar for sports. The recreation area will be separated by a fence. In addition, a fence for a dryer will be installed in the yard. There will also be a place for car parking.
