An addition to the agenda for the meeting appeared on the website of the Qualification Council of Judges of the Volgograd region. The document states that Traktorozavodsky District Judge Denis Stepanyuk has resigned. According to one version, he became a member of a fatal accident.
The document notes that Denis Stepaniuk is asking to end his powers as a judge from March 3. The man did this based on paragraphs. 1 p.1 art. 14 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On the status of judges in the Russian Federation”.
The Traktorozavodsky District Court website says the judge was dealing with civil cases. According to the portal, the first case was examined by him in 2014.
