The Pentagon has prepared a military operation plan against Iran

The Pentagon has prepared a plan for a possible military operation against Iran. All it takes is an order from the President of the United States to launch an attack on the Islamic Republic. This was announced during a briefing by the Ministry of Defense’s deputy assistant for Middle East affairs, Dana Stroul.

A senior military official told reporters that Iran was moving from a regional threat to a global problem. Dana Stroul believes that Tehran’s efforts in the nuclear field and military cooperation with Russia are a destabilizing factor in the Middle East.

We have reached the point where the threats from Iran are not only in the Middle East, but are a global problem (…) A global coalition is needed to combat the malicious cooperation between Iran and Russia, Strow said.

She stressed that the United States actively exchanges intelligence with its allies in the Middle East region for rapid response to emerging threats. The statements of the Iranian authorities on exclusively peaceful developments in the nuclear field are traditionally not taken into account in Washington.

Last week, CIA chief William Burns also brought charges against Tehran. In an interview with CBS, he called Iran the top security threat in the Middle East. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced his readiness to strike at the Islamic Republic’s nuclear facilities. At the same time, the United States has expressed concern over a sudden Israeli military strike on Iran without discussion with the Pentagon.

As part of the latest statements by senior Pentagon officials, it should be recalled that in January the US and Israeli air forces conducted large-scale joint exercises to practice deep strikes on Iranian territory.
