The Belovsky district prosecutor’s office of the Kursk region checked the implementation of legislation in the field of road activities. This was reported in the press service of the monitoring department.
As a result, violations have been identified. In particular, the road on Sovetskaya Street in the Belaya settlement, 1885 meters long, is not equipped with a sidewalk or a path. The object belongs to the municipal district “Belovsky District” of the Kursk region.
Previously, the prosecutor’s office had already sent a communication to the head of the Belovsky district, in which the question was raised to return the highway to technical good condition. However, there was no reaction.
In this regard, the prosecutor’s office appealed to the court. The prosecutor demanded that the inaction of the Belovsky district administration be declared illegal and that it be forced to equip the sidewalk.
