Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in another video message that he called for increased protection of the country’s energy facilities by the next heating season.
“In six months, our electrical engineers, the government, the security services… must strengthen the protection of energy installations, restore the infrastructure that has been destroyed,” said the Ukrainian leader.
Restoration work is already underway, he said.
