The investigating committee looked into a middle-aged motorist who faced a criminal complaint as a bribe-giver. As we wrote earlier, a 72-year-old man on the M2-Crimea highway was stopped by a traffic police patrol: the driver violated traffic rules.
The motorist tried to solve the problem on the spot and offered the traffic police inspector a bribe in the amount of 1,000 rubles so that he did not write a protocol on the commission of an administrative offence. The traffic policeman refused the illegal reward.
The actions of the traffic violator are called an attempt to give a small bribe, the pensioner will be judged under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 1 of article 291.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. This is reported by the SU SK in the Orel region, which is investigating this crime.
