The unique program has its origins in May last year. With its help, the authorities provide support measures, improve housing conditions and stimulate housing construction in the region.

For certain categories of citizens of the Murmansk region, as well as for workers on its territory in the social sphere and certain sectors of the economy, they can receive from 1 to 1.5 million rubles for construction, purchase of a house or a house kit.

The most popular program was among large families: they have already received 70 certificates. Another 55 certificates were received by employees of organizations in the Murmansk region. In addition, the beneficiaries were participants of the Hectare program in the Arctic, citizens who receive maternity capital, young families, participants of the SVO, people with disabilities and families with a disabled child and others – this information was provided by the Ministry of Construction of the Murmansk region.

Based on the terms of the average duration of construction of houses and the necessary communication in their territory, they now plan to increase the time for the establishment of certificates. In this regard, the authorities intend to increase the validity of the construction certificate from 26 to 36 months, and the certificate of purchase of a house kit – from 9 to 18. This will also affect the registration period from a completed house – 36 months instead of 26 months, and when using payment for the purchase of a home kit – 18 months.
