Today, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, issued Emiri Order No. (3) of 2023 to form the Council of Ministers.
The Emiri order stipulated that His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani be appointed as Minister of Interior.
