During his attendance at the weekly session of the Shura Council, today, Monday, to discuss efforts to localize jobs in the private sector, qualify and train the national workforce, and organize labor recruitment offices, he explained that organizing expatriate workers in the local market will have a fundamental role in benefiting from existing labor skills. His Excellency stressed that these measures will work to reduce the percentage of workers with low levels from a technical point of view, and replace them with skilled workers that benefit employers and increase the productive capacity of the private sector.
