Documentation Law.. Practical solutions for those who are unable to sign papers or who are not fluent in speaking Arabic

According to the Ministry of Justice, the new law allowed, within the framework of the facilities that were created, for the first time, to carry out procedures for documenting documents, contracts, attestation, records, applications, and other procedures stipulated in the law electronically, so that copies and electronic procedures referred to have the same legal authority as paper originals.

The law established solutions to the process of documenting documents for those who are unable to sign or who are not proficient in writing or speaking in Arabic, and the law permits those who are ignorant of the Arabic language or not proficient in it, to seek the assistance of a translator accredited by the Ministry, who signs the document with the contracting parties, and the law also permits those who are unable to sign or who are not fluent in it.
