Yesterday morning, Thursday, the Police Academy celebrated the graduation of the sixteenth course for new policemen, which was held at the Police Institute during the period from (10/9/2022) to (3/16/2023), and 491 new policemen joined it. The course aimed at transferring the participants to military life and preparing them physically. And provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform the tasks entrusted to them effectively and competently.
The ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Abdul Rahman Majid Al Sulaiti, Head of the Police Academy, and Lieutenant Colonel Ali Saud Al Hanzab, Director of the Police Institute, along with directors of departments at the Academy and a number of officers.
On this occasion, Lieutenant Colonel Ali Saud Al-Hinzab said: In order for the Police Academy, represented by the Police Institute, to continue the modernization process pursued by the Ministry of Interior in the field of security work, and based on the strategic vision of the Ministry, the Institute has made great efforts according to a well-established methodology to enhance and develop the training system. The Director of the Police Institute indicated that the course program included many axes, the most important of which are administrative skills to carry out the tasks of police operations, the art of dealing with the public, technical skills and computer use, in addition to first aid. The graduates also received various field training.
