In Tula, the winners and winners of the Hockey Championship of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation among the educational organizations of the Ministry of Defense of Russia were awarded

On March 24, the Tula Suvorov Military School (TulSVU) hosted the award ceremony for winners and laureates of the Russian Armed Forces Ice Hockey Championship among the educational institutions of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The Minister of Sports of the Tula region Dmitry Yakovlev took part in the solemn ceremony. He noted that these competitions are an important part for the formation of personality and the education of fighting character in young people.

“For six intense days, seventeen hockey teams from across our vast country played hockey selflessly. Congratulations to those who won medals. I wish the rest of the teams to work on their mistakes and do their best next time,” said Dmitry Yakovlev.

According to the results of the championship, representatives of the presidential cadet school of Tyumen won, 2nd place was won by athletes of the military school Tula Suvorov, bronze went to the team of the military school Kazan Suvorov.

It should be noted that TulSVU has built two modern indoor sports complexes, an outdoor sports city equipped with exercise equipment for sports. Suvorovites practice swimming, sambo, boxing, army hand-to-hand combat, orienteering, rock climbing, shooting, gorodski sports, football and hockey.
