Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

On March 25, the bird hunting season opened in the Volgograd region

At the end of March, forest and waterfowl hunting begins in the region.

According to the Regional Nature Protection Committee, in the south of the region it is possible to hunt birds from March 25. It is allowed to catch ducks and geese (except gray) in the territories of Bykovsky, Kalachevsky, Gorodishchensky, Leninsky and Kotelnikovsky districts. The bird hunting season also begins in the Oktyabrsky, Nikolaevsky, Svetloyarsky, Pallasovsky, Surovikinsky, Sredneakhtubinsky and Chernyshkovsky districts.

In the northern part of the Volgograd region, the spring hunting season begins a whole week later – only on April 1. Poultry production permitted in the south will last until April 3 and in the northern regions until April 10.

You can hunt duck drakes using decoys and artificial lures for 30 days, starting March 25 and April 1, respectively. A hunter is authorized to hunt a maximum of 5 geese and 7 ducks.
