Changes will affect route number 3. Thus, a completely new route, adapted to the current needs of citizens, will go from the experimental field to the Zvezdny microdistrict, passing through the center of the capital. This is reported by the Administration of the capital.
The circulation of trolleybuses passing on lines n° 11a and n° 11b will not be without modifications. It is planned to launch No. 11 and No. 12 to facilitate orientation along the inner and outer ring of the route.
