A violent conflict arose between the spouses in Ivanovo. It started with a trifle: the husband could not reach his wife, from Central Asia, who was at work. A worried 38-year-old man showed up at a sewing business where a woman works. The meeting of the spouses ended in a quarrel, during which the husband began to hit his wife in the face until he lost consciousness, reports the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Federation of Russia for the Ivanovo region.
Company employees called the police and an ambulance. The victim was taken to hospital with a closed spinal cord injury and cervical spinal cord contusion. The man went to the police station. He is charged with intentional bodily harm. A criminal case has been opened.
