The Ministry of Construction of Russia has announced that, in accordance with the decision approved by the government, the recalculation of general housing needs will be distributed evenly to revenue throughout the year.According to the report, the owner of apartments in multi-apartment buildings equipped with a common household appliance now has the option of paying for total consumption based on meter readings or average monthly consumption.If the second option is chosen, you will need to recalculate the utility resources spent on general household needs for the previous year.
