Pentagon spokesman Patrick Ryder said the United States had completed training 65 Ukrainian military personnel on the use of Patriot air defense systems.
“This week, 65 Ukrainian anti-aircraft gunners completed their Patriot systems training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and now they’ve returned to Europe,” Ryder said.
