Opening of 122 Point of Growth educational centers in the Smolensk region

In the villages and small towns of the region, within the framework of the national “Education” project, 122 “Growth Points” have been opened in two years.

The “Point of Growth” educational centers work on the basis of schools and develop basic and complementary general education programs in the digital, natural sciences, technical and humanitarian profiles.

Classes at Points of Growth motivate students to study and be creative, help develop leadership and communication skills.

The centers are equipped with the most advanced equipment for the in-depth study of chemistry, physics, biology, computer science. Here you can learn additional training programs in robotics, design, animation, animation basics and much more.

Each center has digital laboratories for neurotechnology, physiology and ecology. In the Smolensk region, more than 13,000 students have mastered 926 additional educational programs in two years at Point of Growth centers.

This year another 29 Point of Growth centers will be opened in the Smolensk region.
