“The number of victims of the explosion in a cafe in Saint Petersburg has risen to 25 people, 19 have been hospitalized,” he said.
At the same time, four of them are in serious condition, there is a child, the 112 Telegram channel reported.
“4 people are in critical condition. There is a child among the victims. Doctors assess his condition as moderate, there is no threat to life,” the message read.
