The Social Fund of the Russian Federation has announced three main dates for the payment of family allowances

In the Social Fund, the publication “RG” announced three main dates for the payment of most child allowances – the 3rd, 5th and 8th of each month.The allowance for working parents who are on leave to care for a child up to one and a half years will be paid on the 8th.”Now it will arrive monthly every eighth day of the new month for the previous one, and if that date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, it will be credited on the previous working day, but not before the start of the month,” noted the Social Fund’s press office.In addition, the Social Fund draws attention to the fact that from June of this year, maternity capital payments for children under 3 years old will be accrued on the 5th. Funds will not be paid for the month in progress, but for the previous month. And for the first time, this new date will apply to the May allocation. This means that payment will reach families on June 5.The transition to the new order of payments will be automatic. In order to prepare parents, SMS notifications will be sent to them.On the third day of each month, almost all the monthly payments are credited to the account (single payments for children under 17, pregnant women, maternity allowances, monthly payments related to birth or adoption of the first child, allowances for caring for a child up to a year and a half for unemployed parents).
